Caller ID
  • We support callerid.com WhozzCalling caller ID modem
  • The modem is connected to the computer via serial ports such as COM1 and others.
  • To set up caller ID in the software, go to back Office, then to General Set Up, Store & Station Set Up, Other Hardware, and finally Caller ID
  • Select "Yes" to enable caller ID
  • Enter the caller ID port, for example, COM1.
  • Select "Yes" for Show Caller ID on all computers
  • Enter localhost for caller ID host IP
  • Enter localhost for line 1, 2, 3, and 4
  • Save and restart
  • You only need to set it up on the computer where the modem is connected to
    64 Bit Caller ID set up (When the main POS runs as 64bit)
  • Download supermenupos.com/callerid.bat to c:/supermenu/callerid.bat
  • Right Click and Edit c:/supermenu/callerid.bat, change COM7 to the actual serial port (COM1, COM2, COM3 etc.) and save
  • Right Click and c:/supermenu/SupermenuPOS.bat, add start c:/supermenu/callerid.bat to the beginning of the file and save
    USB Caller ID set up (Only works with Analog phone)
  • Download supermenupos.com/calleridnew.bat to c:/supermenu/calleridnew.bat
  • Right Click and Edit c:/supermenu/calleridnew.bat, change COM7 to the actual serial port (COM1, COM2, COM3 etc.) and save
  • Right Click and c:/supermenu/SupermenuPOS.bat, add start c:/supermenu/calleridnew.bat to the beginning of the file and save
    Ethernet based Caller ID set up
  • Go to back Office, then to General Set Up, Store & Station Set Up, Other Hardware, and finally Caller ID
  • Select "Yes" to enable caller ID
  • Is the Caller ID using Serial Port? Select No
  • Select "Yes" for Show Caller ID on all computers
  • Enter localhost for caller ID host IP
  • Enter localhost for line 1, 2, 3, and 4
  • Save and restart
